Seventies Revival

Living in their 1970’s split-level home for a few years gave these clients time to realise its fantastic scope. Our initial brief was to assess their architectural drawings.  We identified the project had further scope to improve the flow and the amount of living space. By adding a dining room off the kitchen with a garden view, we also created an additional living space that links the open-plan layout. The addition of internal crittall windows created a separate but visible drawing room with a statement fireplace. The result is a contemporary, bright and airy space.
